The location was comfortable, making it convenient to visit the Empathia bar on the beach side and go everywhere. Santa Ponsa Beach was nearby. - the prestige junior suite was well-appointed, with amenities like a balcony, a coffee maker, and a safe.

From the very first moment we were surprised by our stay in the Iberostar Jardin del Sol, the unsurpassed room, the spectacular breakfast service, in the very clean and well-kept pool area as well as the spa area. In short, an excellent stay and a very attentive and friendly staff.

This place offers well-appointed units with hot tubs and is situated in a magnificent, amazing location in the Prestige area.

The rooms are old and not very private. There's no parking and it's a big problem. The gym is very poor.. The service is professional but not friendly.

A little bit aside from Santa Ponsa beach (10 mins walking), but has it's own big pool with free sunbeds and parasols; its sea coast is rocky but has a couple of trails to the water, so - no kids! and one can get in the sea if wants to :).

The hotel has an enviable and brilliant location near a taxi stand and other facilities like bars and restaurants. the beach and resort center are lovely and spotlessly clean. - the staff are wonderful. - the room is gorgeous with a complimentary glass of Cava, a balcony, and a stunning view. - the breakfast is great with lots of goodies to start the day.

Great hotel with stunning views across the bay. The hotel staff were really helpful and friendly, rooms modern and spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

I loved the hotel but wouldnt rate the resort of Santa Ponsa very highly.

The service provided here was exceptional, and the food was excellent as well, with friendly staff eager to assist, set in a gorgeous location just a few steps from the beach.

Lovely room with beatiful views and a lovely bath. The staff was wonderful.

The food was very average. The beds were a bit hard but the room maid helped me so i got a softer bed.

Excellent sized room with superb terrace. Very peaceful resort (no children allowed) overlooking a lovely bay with all suites having good views. Food was plentiful and of an excellent quality and choice. It would be difficult to go hungry whilst staying here. We also found the staff to be helpful at all times.

Minor issues only - hard beds which are unfortunately typical of most european hotels and a lack of coffee/tea facilities in the room (possibly not required if on all-inclusive tariff, it would be a good option if on half-board)
